  • the Finerealty web application and related services.

It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from our platform.

Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, personal data is permanently removed, subject to technical or legal retention requirements.

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (meaning no login activity), we may delete the account and associated data after providing at least 14 days prior notice to the registered email address.

If a paid subscription is terminated but the account is not deleted, user data may remain stored and accessible in a limited manner consistent with the available plan level.


IMPORTANT: Upon account deletion:

• personal data is permanently deleted,

• no soft deletes are applied,

• no user data is retained beyond technical or legal necessity.
